Based on their experiences in the field, instructors in our human resources courses provide insights and skills necessary for leaders in the contemporary corporate arena.

Years 1 and 2 – Business Fundamentals. A human resources manager needs to understand how the HR function fits into an organization’s structure and promotes its goals. Students cover the following topics in years one and two:

Years 3 and 4 – HR Training. The second half of the program is composed of advanced topics in human resources, including the following:

  • Organizational Behavior
  • Change Management 
  • Recruitment and Retention
  • Intercultural Communications
  • Compensation Issues

General Education. Electives in communications, natural science and mathematics, social sciences and humanities provide knowledge essential to functioning in a diverse society, and critical soft skills: analysis, organization, professionalism, interpersonal relations and time management.

Online human resource management classes

All human resources classes, business coursework and elective can be completed through our online college. As an online student, you will be free from constraints of time or geography. Study anywhere you have an Internet connection. Students have full access to all course materials through Blackboard, an Internet classroom system, and will be able to interact with students and instructors regularly.
